TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE + ENTRY
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Your attention is drawn in particular to the following terms. This summary does not form part of these Conditions and the full Conditions below prevail.
(i) Tickets are only valid if bought from an Official Ticket Agent or our official resale partner. Tickets bought elsewhere may be cancelled and refused entry.
(ii) Tickets are not refundable unless the Event is cancelled, moved to a new date you can’t make, the headline act of a Headline Concert doesn’t perform, or the law gives you a right to a refund (Section 11).
(iii) The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to event tickets.
(iv) Each Event has its own age policy, shown on the Event page. Bring valid photo ID — we operate Challenge 25.
(v) You, your bags and your vehicle may be searched. No re-entry unless the Event page says otherwise.
(vi) Food, drink, chairs and large bags may not be allowed in — check the Event page and Section 7 before you travel.
(vii) The Event will be filmed and photographed and CCTV operates on site (Section 16).
1. ABOUT THESE CONDITIONS
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Conditions”) apply to the sale of tickets for, and entry to, all concerts, festivals, club nights and other events promoted or organised by JBM Music Ltd (each an “Event”). By buying a ticket, or by entering an Event on any ticket, wristband, guest list place or accreditation, you agree to these Conditions.
1.2 These Conditions should be read together with: (a) the Event page on our website or the Official Ticket Agent’s website, which sets out Event-specific information such as the age policy, opening and last entry times, bag policy and travel arrangements (“Event Information”); (b) any Site Rules displayed at the Venue; (c) the rules of the Venue owner; and (d) the terms of the Official Ticket Agent you bought from. If there is a conflict, these Conditions apply, except that Event Information may add more specific rules for a particular Event.
1.3 Our Official Ticket Agents sell tickets on our behalf. Your contract to attend the Event is with us; your contract for booking, delivery and payment services is with the Official Ticket Agent.
1.4 If you buy tickets for other people, you must make sure they know these Conditions apply to them. You are responsible for tickets you pass on.
1.5 Staff, traders, contractors, artists and their crews must follow the safety, security and conduct rules in these Conditions while on site. Their commercial arrangements are governed by their own agreements with us, which take priority over these Conditions for those matters.
1.6 The version of these Conditions that applies to you is the version in force when you bought your ticket. We may update them for future sales. We will only apply a change to tickets already sold where it is required by law, by the licensing authority or the police, or for the safety and security of people at the Event, and we will tell ticket holders about any such change.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 In these Conditions:
(a) “We”, “us”, “our” or “the Organiser” means JBM Music Ltd.
(b) “You” or “Ticket Holder” means anyone who buys a ticket or attends an Event, including on a complimentary ticket, guest list place, wristband or accreditation.
(c) “Event” means any concert, festival, club night or other event promoted or organised by us.
(d) “Headline Concert” means an Event advertised as being headlined by one named act, where that act is the main reason the Event is promoted (for example, “[Artist] Live at the National Bowl”). A multi-artist festival or a brand-led event with a line-up of several acts is not a Headline Concert.
(e) “Venue” means the site where the Event takes place, including its car parks, entrances, queuing areas and any area under our control.
(f) “Official Ticket Agent” means a ticket seller authorised by us and named on our website or Event page (for example, Skiddle).
(g) “Ticket” means a paper, mobile or digital ticket, and any wristband or pass exchanged for it. A ticket is a revocable licence to enter the Event. It remains our property.
(h) “Authorised Personnel” means our staff, stewards, security, medical and welfare teams, the police and other emergency services, and anyone acting on our behalf.
(i) “Prohibited Items” means the items listed in Section 7 and any other item Authorised Personnel reasonably consider unsafe, illegal or inappropriate.
(j) “Face Value” means the ticket price printed on or shown with the ticket, including VAT.
3. BUYING TICKETS
3.1 Tickets must be bought from an Official Ticket Agent or our authorised resale partner. Tickets bought from anyone else are not valid (see Section 4).
3.2 The price shown when you choose a ticket will include VAT and all mandatory fees, so the total you pay is clear before you buy. Optional extras (such as delivery, ticket protection or add-ons) are shown separately.
3.3 We usually sell tickets in price tiers or releases. Prices increase as each tier sells out or closes. We do not refund the difference if you paid more than someone else or if a cheaper tier is later made available.
3.4 We may set a maximum number of tickets per person, per household, per payment card or per email address. We may cancel orders that exceed these limits, that use automated software (“bots”), or that we reasonably believe were bought for resale for profit.
3.5 Where an Official Ticket Agent offers a payment plan or deposit scheme, the plan’s terms apply. If a payment is missed, the Official Ticket Agent may cancel your order in line with those terms and any sums already paid will be dealt with as set out in them.
3.6 Add-ons such as parking, VIP upgrades, lockers and premium viewing are sold subject to these Conditions and any extra terms shown when you buy them. They are only valid with a valid Event ticket for the same date.
3.7 Please check your order carefully when you receive it. We cannot correct mistakes (such as the wrong date or ticket type) after the Event.
3.8 Tickets for leisure events on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You cannot cancel your order just because you have changed your mind.
3.9 If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a ticket that was valid and for an Event that went ahead, we may cancel the ticket and any other tickets in the same order.
3.10 Tickets must not be used for advertising, promotions, competitions or prizes without our prior written consent.
4. TRANSFERS AND RESALE
4.1 You may transfer your ticket to someone else only through the name-change or transfer facility of the Official Ticket Agent (where one is offered), or sell it through our authorised resale partner if one is named on the Event page. Resale is limited to no more than the Face Value plus any booking fee you paid.
4.2 Selling, or offering to sell, tickets on unauthorised platforms, social media or in person, or at more than Face Value plus booking fee, is a breach of these Conditions. So is buying tickets in order to resell them for profit.
4.3 This Section is a term of sale for the purposes of section 90 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a ticket is resold, or offered for resale, in breach of this Section, we may cancel it without refund and refuse entry to anyone presenting it. We will not cancel a ticket for this reason unless we have reasonable grounds.
4.4 If you buy a ticket from an unauthorised source, it may be cancelled or refused at the gate, and any claim for a refund is against the person who sold it to you, not us.
4.5 We will comply with any future law that restricts ticket resale prices, which will apply in addition to this Section.
5. ENTRY, TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
5.1 Everyone entering the Event, including children who are admitted free, must have a valid ticket or pass.
5.2 Your ticket may only be used once. Only the first person to present a valid barcode will be admitted; duplicated, copied or altered tickets are void.
5.3 Where the Event Information requires it, the name on the ticket must match the photo ID of the person using it.
5.4 Please arrive before the last entry time shown in the Event Information. Entry will be refused after last entry, without refund.
5.5 There is no re-entry unless the Event Information says otherwise. If you leave the Venue you may not be allowed back in.
5.6 Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Keep mobile tickets secure and your phone charged.
5.7 Where wristbands are used, they must be fitted by Authorised Personnel and worn on your wrist for the whole Event. A wristband that has been removed, loosened, damaged or tampered with is void and will not be replaced.
5.8 If a wristband has to be removed for medical reasons, go straight to the Info or Medical point. A replacement will only be issued once the removal has been verified by Authorised Personnel.
5.9 You must not sell, swap, share or give away a wristband, pass or accreditation. Anyone found with more than one wristband, or using someone else’s, may be removed from the Event.
5.10 We may refuse entry, or cancel a ticket, where we reasonably believe it was obtained by fraud, bought or resold in breach of Section 4, or used in breach of these Conditions.
6. AGE POLICY AND IDENTIFICATION
6.1 Each Event has its own age policy, which is shown on the Event page before you buy. It is your responsibility to check it. Nobody under the stated minimum age will be admitted and no refund will be given.
6.2 Where under-18s are admitted, under-16s must be accompanied at all times by a parent, guardian or responsible adult aged 18 or over, who must hold a valid ticket. Each adult may supervise no more than four under-16s. The accompanying adult is responsible for the children in their care throughout the Event.
6.3 We operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25, you must show valid photo ID to enter an age-restricted Event or to buy alcohol.
6.4 Accepted ID:
(a) a valid passport (from any country);
(b) a valid photocard driving licence (UK or EU);
(c) a PASS-accredited card with holographic mark (such as CitizenCard or Validate UK);
(d) a valid UK Armed Forces ID card or EU national identity card; and
(e) for alcohol sales only, and only where the Event Information says we accept it, a certified digital proof of age from a provider on the government’s digital verification services register.
6.5 We do not accept photocopies, photographs of ID, expired ID, student cards or bank cards. Where ID is requested and not provided, entry or alcohol service will be refused without refund.
6.6 It is a criminal offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for anyone under 18. Anyone doing so will be removed and the police may be informed.
7. SEARCHES AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
7.1 Entry is conditional on you agreeing to be searched. You, your clothing, bags and belongings, and any vehicle may be searched on entry and at any time while at the Venue. Searches may be carried out by licensed security staff, the police, or detection-dog teams, and may include the use of screening equipment.
7.2 If you refuse to be searched you will be refused entry or removed, without refund.
7.3 Amnesty bins are provided before the search area. Items placed in an amnesty bin will not be returned.
7.4 Items that are confiscated will not be returned or compensated for. Illegal items will be passed to the police.
7.5 Prohibited Items include (unless the Event Information says otherwise):
(a) illegal drugs, psychoactive substances and “legal highs”, nitrous oxide (including canisters and balloons) and drug paraphernalia;
(b) alcohol and any food or drink brought from outside the Venue (see paragraph 7.6 for medical, dietary and baby needs);
(c) glass, including bottles, jars and mirrors, and cans or plastic bottles unless allowed in the Event Information;
(d) weapons of any kind, knives (including penknives and multi-tools) and anything that could be used as a weapon;
(e) fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, confetti cannons and explosives;
(f) drones and remote-controlled devices;
(g) laser pens and high-powered torches;
(h) gas canisters, BBQs, open flames and aerosols (other than small personal toiletries);
(i) chairs, deck chairs, stools and gazebos (except mobility aids and access equipment agreed in advance);
(j) bags larger than the size stated in the Event Information, and suitcases or large rucksacks;
(k) umbrellas with pointed ends, selfie sticks and poles, including flag poles;
(l) flags and banners larger than the size stated in the Event Information, or any flag, banner, clothing or item carrying offensive, discriminatory or threatening content;
(m) professional audio or video recording equipment, including detachable-lens cameras, unless you are accredited;
(n) flyers, marketing materials, stickers and goods for sale;
(o) high-visibility clothing or anything that could make you look like staff, security or emergency services;
(p) bicycles, e-scooters, skateboards and hoverboards;
(q) animals, other than assistance dogs (see Section 12);
(r) any other item that Authorised Personnel reasonably consider dangerous, illegal or likely to cause nuisance.
7.6 Please contact us before the Event if you need to bring medication, specialist food or drink for a medical or dietary reason, baby food or milk, or access equipment. We will make reasonable adjustments. Please bring any supporting evidence with you.
8. CONDUCT AND REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT
8.1 You must follow these Conditions, the Site Rules, all signs and announcements, and the instructions of Authorised Personnel.
8.2 We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, sexual harassment, assault, spiking, and abuse or discrimination of any kind, including on the grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age. If you experience or witness this, tell any member of staff or go to the Welfare point. You will be believed and supported.
8.3 We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who we reasonably believe:
(a) has breached these Conditions, the Site Rules or the law;
(b) has or is using Prohibited Items, including illegal drugs;
(c) is drunk or under the influence of drugs to the point of being a risk to themselves or others;
(d) is behaving in a threatening, abusive, violent, discriminatory or anti-social way towards anyone;
(e) is putting the safety of others at risk, including by pushing, surging, crowd-surfing, throwing objects, climbing fences, structures or trees, or entering the stage or pit;
(f) has entered, or is trying to enter, a restricted area or the Event without a valid ticket;
(g) is tampering with fencing, infrastructure, lighting, staging or safety equipment;
(h) is obstructing Authorised Personnel, including medical, welfare or security teams;
(i) is trading, promoting or distributing materials without permission (see Section 19);
(j) is smoking or vaping in any indoor or no-smoking area; or
(k) is urinating or defecating outside the toilets, or causing damage to property.
8.4 If you are refused entry or removed, your ticket and wristband will be cancelled and no refund will be given. You may be banned from future JBM Music events.
8.5 Where a criminal offence is suspected, we may detain you until the police arrive and we will support any prosecution. We may share information, including CCTV footage, with the police and licensing authorities.
8.6 You are responsible for any damage you cause to the Venue, its facilities or other people’s property.
9. SAFETY, SECURITY AND EMERGENCIES
9.1 Your safety is our priority. Our security arrangements are reviewed with the police, the licensing authority and our security advisers, and include measures to prepare for and respond to a terrorist attack or other serious incident, as required by the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (“Martyn’s Law”) once it is in force.
9.2 In an emergency you must follow the instructions of Authorised Personnel and all public-address and screen announcements. This may include evacuating the Venue, moving to another area, remaining inside the Venue (“invacuation”), or the Venue being locked down.
9.3 We may pause or stop the Event, close areas of the Venue, or change entry and exit routes at any time for safety or security reasons, including in response to severe weather (such as lightning or high winds), overcrowding, or police or licensing advice.
9.4 If you see anything suspicious, report it immediately to Authorised Personnel. In an emergency, call 999.
10. CHANGES TO THE EVENT
10.1 Line-ups are advertised in good faith but are subject to change. Artists may cancel or be replaced for reasons outside our control.
10.2 Set times, running orders, stage allocation and the length of any performance are set by the artists and their management, may change on the day, and are not guaranteed. A headline performance may be shorter than other performances.
10.3 We may make reasonable changes to the Event’s opening and closing times, site layout, facilities, stage configuration and operational arrangements.
10.4 If we need to change the date or Venue of an Event, we will tell ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details held by the Official Ticket Agent, and your rights are set out in Section 11.
11. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND REFUNDS
11.1 Tickets are non-refundable except as set out in this Section or where the law gives you a right to a refund.
11.2 If we cancel an Event and do not reschedule it, you will receive a refund of the Face Value and the booking fee you paid.
11.3 If we postpone an Event, or move it to a different Venue, your ticket will be valid for the new date or Venue. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund of the Face Value and the booking fee within the refund period we announce, which will be at least 28 days from our announcement.
11.4 If the headline act of a Headline Concert cancels or does not perform, and we do not reschedule, we will treat this as a cancellation and refunds will be available under paragraph 11.2. If the headline act is replaced by a different act, you may choose a refund within the refund period we announce.
11.5 The following are not grounds for a refund:
(a) changes to the line-up of a festival or multi-artist event, including the cancellation or replacement of any act (other than the headliner of a Headline Concert — see paragraph 11.4);
(b) changes to set times, running order, stage allocation or the length of any performance;
(c) delays to gate opening or performance times;
(d) weather conditions, or changes to the Event made for safety or security reasons;
(e) missing any part of the Event because you arrived late, left early, or were refused entry or removed under these Conditions; or
(f) your own inability to attend, including through illness, travel disruption or personal circumstances (we recommend travel or ticket protection insurance).
11.6 If an Event has to be stopped once it has started, for reasons outside our reasonable control, we will consider in good faith whether any partial refund is appropriate, taking into account how much of the Event took place. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11.7 Refunds are processed by the Official Ticket Agent to the original payment method of the original purchaser, usually within 30 days of the Event being cancelled or of your valid refund request. Delivery fees, optional extras and payment-plan charges are refundable only if the Official Ticket Agent’s terms say so.
11.8 Ticket protection or refund insurance sold by the Official Ticket Agent or a third party is a separate contract between you and that provider.
11.9 We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur in connection with an Event that is cancelled, postponed or changed, except where the law requires us to be (see Section 22).
11.10 Where we provide information about cancellations or postponements, we will do so on our website and social media, and by email via the Official Ticket Agent.
12. ACCESSIBILITY
12.1 We are committed to making our Events accessible and will make reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010. Access information for each Event is set out in the Event Information.
12.2 Please contact us at access@jbmmusic.com before the Event with your requirements so we can plan the right support for you.
12.3 A free Personal Assistant (PA) ticket is available for customers who need a companion or assistant to attend, on purchase of a standard ticket and on providing evidence (such as a Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol, or a PIP, DLA or Attendance Allowance letter).
12.4 Where an accessible viewing platform is provided, access is subject to availability and allocated as described in the Event Information. One companion per accessible customer may accompany them on the platform.
12.5 Assistance dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
12.6 Accessible toilets are provided at the Venue, including near any viewing platform.
12.7 We may withdraw access facilities or PA tickets from anyone who we reasonably believe has obtained them dishonestly or is misusing them.
13. HEALTH, MEDICAL AND WELFARE
13.1 Medical and welfare teams are on site during Event opening hours. Their locations are shown on the site map and signposted. If you feel unwell or unsafe, or you are worried about someone else, tell any member of staff or go to the Medical or Welfare point.
13.2 Our welfare teams are there to help, not to judge or punish. If you or a friend have taken something and feel unwell, please seek help straight away.
13.3 Bring enough of any medication you need for the Event. Medication must be in its original packaging, labelled with your name where it is prescribed, and in quantities appropriate for personal use. You may be asked to show a prescription or letter from your doctor. Authorised Personnel may confiscate medication that appears to have been tampered with or is not what it says it is.
13.4 Please do not attend if you have symptoms of an infectious illness, or have been told by a doctor or public health authority to isolate. If you become unwell with such symptoms at the Event, go to the Medical point and you may be asked to leave.
13.5 We will follow any legal requirements or public health guidance in force at the time of the Event. This may include introducing health measures at entry. If you do not follow these measures you may be refused entry or removed.
13.6 In a serious emergency, the NHS ambulance service may be called. We are not responsible for the response times of external emergency services.
14. CHILDREN AND SAFEGUARDING
14.1 Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and welfare of their children at all times.
14.2 If you lose a child, or find a lost or vulnerable person, tell the nearest member of staff immediately or go to the Info or Welfare point. We will operate a lost children and vulnerable persons procedure at every Event.
14.3 We recommend children wear ear defenders and carry a wristband or card with a parent’s mobile number.
14.4 We may refuse entry to, or remove, a child or young person who is not appropriately supervised, and we will contact the police or social services where we have safeguarding concerns.
15. YOUR SAFETY AND BELONGINGS
15.1 Our Events involve large crowds, standing for long periods, uneven ground, loud music and exposure to the weather. Please dress appropriately, wear suitable footwear, drink water and take regular breaks. Free drinking water is available at the Venue.
15.2 Loud music can damage your hearing. We recommend you wear earplugs; free earplugs are available at the bars and the Welfare point.
15.3 Events may use strobe and flashing lights, lasers, pyrotechnics, smoke and haze effects, which may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy or other conditions.
15.4 Please look after your belongings and do not bring valuables. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, except where caused by our negligence or breach of these Conditions.
16. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND CCTV
16.1 Our Events are photographed, filmed, recorded and may be live-streamed or broadcast by us and our authorised partners, sponsors and media. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in this footage.
16.2 We may use this footage in any media worldwide, including for promotional films, social media, broadcasts, advertising and sponsor content, without payment to you. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests as set out in our Privacy Policy. If you have a concern about a particular image of you, contact us and we will consider your request and, where reasonably practicable, stop using that image in future.
16.3 We will not use close-up images in which a child is the main subject in paid advertising without the consent of their parent or guardian.
16.4 CCTV and body-worn cameras operate across the Venue for safety, security and the prevention and detection of crime. Footage may be shared with the police and licensing authorities.
16.5 You may take photos and videos on phones and small personal cameras for your own non-commercial use, as long as you do not disturb others. Some artists may ask for no filming during their set — please respect this.
16.6 You must not use professional equipment, film for commercial purposes, or sell, license or monetise footage of the Event without our prior written permission. Artists’ performances are protected by copyright and performers’ rights.
17. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY
17.1 JBM Music Ltd is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you in connection with an Event. The Official Ticket Agent is a separate controller for the data it collects when you buy.
17.2 We use your data to deliver the Event, manage entry and safety, handle refunds and customer service, meet our legal and licensing obligations, and, where you have agreed, to send you marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
17.3 We may share your data with the Official Ticket Agent, the Venue, our security, medical and operations contractors, and the police, licensing authorities and other public bodies where required or permitted by law. We do not sell your data.
17.4 Full details, including how long we keep data and your rights (such as your right to access your data and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office), are in our Privacy Policy at www.jbmmusic.com/privacy.
18. BARS, FOOD AND PAYMENTS
18.1 Bars and food outlets are cashless unless the Event Information says otherwise. Please bring a payment card or phone.
18.2 We operate Challenge 25 at all bars. Bar staff will refuse to serve anyone who appears to be drunk, and it is an offence to buy alcohol for someone who is drunk.
18.3 Drinks may be served in plastic cups or with the lid removed, and there may be limits on how many drinks each person can buy at once.
18.4 Traders on site are independent businesses. Your contract for goods bought from a trader is with that trader, and any complaint about their goods should be raised with them first. Please tell us if you have a problem we can help with.
19. TRADING AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
19.1 No trading, selling, sampling, advertising, promotional activity, market research, flyering or distribution of materials is allowed at the Venue or in its surrounding areas without our prior written permission.
19.2 Anyone doing so will be removed and their goods may be confiscated. Counterfeit or unofficial merchandise will be seized and may be passed to Trading Standards or the rights holder.
19.3 Commercial filming, photography, content creation for brands, and influencer activity must be approved by us in writing in advance and may require a separate agreement.
19.4 Approved traders are bound by their trader agreement with us, which includes requirements on insurance, food hygiene, health and safety, licensing, waste and product safety.
20. TRAVEL AND PARKING
20.1 Please plan your journey to and from the Event in advance and allow time for traffic, parking, security checks and queues. Travel information, including any shuttle bus services and their times, is set out in the Event Information.
20.2 Parking must be booked in advance where the Event Information says so. Parking passes are valid for one vehicle only, are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled, and only allow entry to the car park named on the pass. On-the-day parking may not be available.
20.3 Please follow the directions of traffic marshals and use the designated drop-off and pick-up points for taxis and lifts. Please do not park or drop off on nearby roads or in residential areas, and respect our neighbours when arriving and leaving.
20.4 Overnight parking, camping and sleeping in vehicles are not permitted unless the Event Information says otherwise.
20.5 Vehicles parked without a valid pass or in a dangerous or unauthorised location may be removed at the owner’s cost.
20.6 Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. We are not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles, or any penalty charges, except where caused by our negligence.
21. LOST PROPERTY
21.1 Hand in, or ask about, lost property at the Info point during the Event. After the Event, email hello@jbmmusic.com with a description of the item.
21.2 Lost property is kept for 28 days after the Event and will then be disposed of or donated to charity. Bank cards are destroyed and ID documents are returned to the issuing authority or passed to the police. Items must be collected or, where we agree to post them, the owner must pay postage.
22. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
22.1 Nothing in these Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence (or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors), for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
22.2 If we fail to comply with these Conditions or are negligent, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
22.3 Tickets are sold for private use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or loss of earnings.
22.4 Subject to paragraph 22.1, our total liability to you in connection with an Event is limited to the total amount you paid for your ticket(s) and any add-ons for that Event.
22.5 We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, including Official Ticket Agents, traders, transport operators and external emergency services, except where we are legally responsible for them.
22.6 We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, terrorism or the threat of it, government or police action, industrial action, failure of utilities, or the death, illness or incapacity of a performer. Your right to a refund if an Event is cancelled or postponed (Section 11) still applies.
22.7 Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
23. COMPLAINTS
23.1 If you are unhappy with any aspect of an Event, please tell a member of staff on the day where possible so we can try to put it right.
23.2 Otherwise, email hello@jbmmusic.com with your name, order reference, the Event and details of your complaint within 30 days of the Event. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to respond in full within 14 days.
23.3 Complaints about ticket booking, delivery or payment should be made to the Official Ticket Agent.
24. GENERAL
24.1 If a court or other authority finds any part of these Conditions unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Conditions will continue to apply.
24.2 If we do not enforce any of our rights immediately, we can still enforce them later.
24.3 You may not transfer your rights under these Conditions except as allowed in Section 4. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation that takes over the running of the Event; your rights will not be reduced as a result.
24.4 No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Conditions, except that the Venue owner may enforce any rule that protects its site.
24.5 These Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
