1. The Promoter. JBM Music Ltd, 106 Princess Street, Manchester, M1 6NG [registered office and company number to confirm] (“JBM”).
2. The Promotion. “JBM6000” — a free ticket ballot offering 6,000 general admission tickets to JBM events at the Milton Keynes National Bowl in summer 2027 (the “Events”), allocated as 1,000 tickets per Event day across six Event days.
Random Draw, Event Selection and Ticket Allocation
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the ballot entry period.
The promotion offers a total of 6,000 general admission tickets across six participating JBM Music event days at Milton Keynes National Bowl in summer 2027, with a maximum allocation of 1,000 free tickets per event day.
Successful entrants will be notified by email and invited to select tickets for one of the six participating event days.
Event selection and ticket claiming will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability within each event’s allocated free ticket capacity.
Successful entrants are not guaranteed tickets for any particular event or date.
Once an event’s free ticket allocation has been fully claimed, that event will no longer be available for selection.
Tickets are valid exclusively for the specific participating JBM Music event and date selected during the claim process.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for any other event, including events organised or promoted by third-party promoters at Milton Keynes National Bowl.
Successful entrants must claim their tickets within the timeframe stated in their winner notification email. Unclaimed tickets may be reallocated in accordance with the promotion’s terms.
All tickets are subject to eligibility verification and the relevant event’s entry conditions.
3. Eligibility. Entry is open to individuals aged [18] or over at the date of entry who are resident at an address within the eligible Milton Keynes postcode districts Employees of JBM, its group companies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion may not enter.
4. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and no payment will be requested at any stage.
5. How to enter. Complete the entry form at www.jbmmusic.com/MK60 providing full name, date of birth, residential address and email address. One entry per person [and a maximum of two entries per household]. Incomplete, duplicate or automated entries will be void.
6. Address verification. Entries must correspond to a genuine residential address within an eligible postcode district. JBM may validate addresses using an address lookup service and may require winners to provide proof of address (for example, photo ID together with a utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter dated within the last three months) before tickets are issued or on entry to the Event. Entries containing false or misleading information will be void and any tickets issued will be cancelled.
7. The draw. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries for each Event day on or around [draw date(s)]. Each winner will receive [two] general admission tickets to one Event day. Entrants may indicate a preferred Event day; final allocation is at JBM’s discretion and subject to availability.
8. Notification and claiming. Winners will be notified by email within [5] days of the relevant draw and must confirm acceptance within [7] days of notification. If a winner does not respond in time, or does not meet these terms, JBM reserves the right to disqualify them and select a replacement winner.
9. Tickets. Tickets are general admission only, issued in the winner’s name, are non-transferable and must not be resold, offered for sale or used for any commercial purpose. Tickets have no cash value and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The named winner must attend and may be asked for ID at the gate. Tickets are subject to the relevant Event’s standard terms of entry, age policy and site rules, including the policy that under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
10. Changes and cancellation. Events are subject to change. If an Event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, JBM may, at its discretion, offer tickets to an alternative Event but is under no obligation to provide any replacement, compensation or payment. Ballot tickets are free of charge and carry no refund rights.
11. Data and contact. By entering, you agree that JBM will process your details to run the Promotion, including address verification, the draw and ticket fulfilment, [and that JBM may contact you by email about future JBM events, offers and news — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email]. 12. General. JBM’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. JBM reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where necessary, including for reasons outside its control, and to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or the spirit of the Promotion.
13. Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, JBM is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failure, or for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
